I had rhinoplasty about 5 years ago, but only my columella is bent too much to one side, so it’s stressing me out.. ㅠ The bridge of my nose was done with Gore-Tex, but there aren’t really any issues with it, so I want to leave it as is and just straighten the columella. Would the cost usually be similar to revision rhinoplasty? A full revision rhinoplasty is so expensive

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
