After <after surgery> Before <before surgery... embarrassing> Hello~ I wanted to post too after seeing the pretty reviews uploaded in this community, and I finally got to post!! As you can see, my square jaw and prominent cheekbones were a major source of stress ㅠㅠ When the wind blew, I was busy trying to cover my face with my hair, and I couldn’t even imagine tucking my hair behind my ears Do you see the bumpy line like a peanut?ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
Facial contouring is not an easy surgery, you know So I always ended up only going around to consultations But when COVID broke out and I had a few months off, I thought this was my chance, so I booked right away and did it
I’m not exaggerating, I think I went to consultations at more than 10 places,, After going around, there really was a place where I got the feeling, this is it ㅋㅋㅋ I think I consulted with the director alone for almost over 30 minutes. During the consultation, he looked at my CT, checked the location of the nerve line, compared cases similar to mine, and explained that it would improve like this~ The way he explained it made me trust him so much. I had looked up a lot on YouTube and in reviews, so I thought I was pretty knowledgeable about facial contouring, but I wasn’tㅋㅋㅜㅠㅠ The director said that even without shaving too excessively, if the surgery is done according to proportions that suit me and fit my face, it would improve enough!
On the day of surgery, I was so out of it. Sometimes I had seen reviews from people who said they did everything alone without a guardian, and respect..ㄷㄷ After waking up from anesthesia, I was groggy, my throat hurt, my face was extremely swollen, and I was dizzy, so it was hardㅜㅠ But while I was recovering, the director came by really often to ask how I was and check my condition, and even though I was mumbling because the anesthesia hadn’t fully worn off, he kindly listened to meㅠㅠ It was a bit embarrassing but also reassuringㅠㅠ!!
I was also satisfied that they had shampoo service and cleansing service after surgery! When I had surgery at another hospital, even the stitches were removed by a nurse and I didn’t get to see the doctor, so I really liked that part. At the beginning I was so anxious that I asked the consultant a lot of questions through KakaoTalk, and both by KakaoTalk and phone, they understood my fearful feelings, reassured me well, and replied quickly
From the day of surgery until about 3 weeks after, I regretted it a lot....... First of all, when I woke up from anesthesia, the thought that came first was still, I survived! but ㅠㅠ I was in pain and so out of it. Having the blood drain in, removing the blood hose, not being able to eat, and not being able to drink water well.. It was hard. Anyway, becoming pretty comes with pain ㅠ.ㅠ
Before surgery, the waiting time was so long that I got a bit annoyed, and I worried, what if the waiting is this long after surgery too? But one small thing I was satisfied with was that the surgery floor and consultation floor were separated, so after surgery most of the aftercare was handled on the surgery floor, and there wasn’t much waiting.
Looking back now, I don’t know how I endured it, and time felt like it was not passing at all But then before I knew it, 4 months had passed hahaha At first I had no sensation, so I worried a lot, but it gradually all came back.... Now I eat gopchang and noodles just fine. I’m eating even all the foods I couldn’t eat right after surgery, so I’m getting plumpㅋㅋㅋㅋ I also saw the CT after surgery, and I’m embarrassed to say this myself, but it was so artistic..? I was surprised... It was really amazing how the cheekbones had been removed so cleanly.
I don’t think I have swelling now, but they say residual swelling from facial contouring can keep going down for up to 1 year! As time passes, I’ll get even slimmer, right..?!! My face was originally a bit diamond-shaped, but it became narrower, and friends say I got prettier.. It feels good to hear that I’m pretty! If anyone is considering facial contouring or has done it and has questions, I’ll tell you as someone with experience! As I wrote, this got long, but thank you for readingㅋㅋㅋㅋ Anyway, this is a surgery I’m very satisfied with!
