It has been almost 6 months since the surgery, and I’ll honestly say everything without lying. All the aegyo-sal I had before surgery disappeared completely. It’s not like they were supposed to play around with someone’s face, but I don’t know if they repositioned or removed the under-eye fat however they felt like it; my under-eyes are hollow and the lower eyelids just drooped. In that state, they put fat grafting right into the tear troughs. So the result is that the anterior cheekbones protrude, and there is a step-off between the under-eye area and the anterior cheekbone area lol. And they say if fat is removed excessively, there is a concern for enophthalmos, but from around 3 months, when I washed my face, my upper eyelids …
