First of all, the director’s presence is no joke. Unlike other clinics, the counter staff or consultant weren’t caked in plastic-surgery makeup; they were simple and natural, so it felt comfortable and nice. The director seems to have a very firm style. The surgical direction was completely different from other clinics, so I had a lot to think about.
