I was touched because they reflected my needs a lot. When I was going around for consultations for revision eye surgery, I became sure that I should have it done by Director Shim, and I entrusted it to him without any worries. I liked that the feedback was quick about why this surgery was needed now and how it would improve things. The previous drawbacks of my eyes are gone, they look clearer, and the surgery was done in a way that feels suited only to me. I really like my face now. What I felt after having surgery here is that it seems to start with how carefully they look after you from the consultation. I thought that in most cases you cannot see the director for follow-up checks, but here I liked that I could see the director even for follow-up care.
