My nasal septum was originally quite deviated, but my nostrils weren’t asymmetric Now it’s day 4 after revision surgery with autologous rib cartilage and nostril reduction, and can swelling really make this much of a difference...?ㅠㅠㅠ I feel like scar tissue is visible too, and my nostrils look so uneven, so I’m upsetㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
