My nasal septum was originally quite deviated, but my nostrils weren’t asymmetric Now it’s day 4 after revision surgery with autologous rib cartilage and nostril reduction, and can swelling really make this much of a difference...? I feel like scar tissue is visible too, and my nostrils look so uneven, so I’m upset
