I had double eyelid surgery 5 years ago, but the double eyelid itself is too thick and puffy, so I feel like it looks really obvious. If I get epicanthoplasty + revision double eyelid surgery, will it look a bit more natural? I had it done once when I was younger and lived without thinking much about it, but as I get older, I’m wondering if the skin has sagged because it looks a bit awkward, so I’m worried ㅜ

aaoaao You need to evaluate the whole eye; I can’t tell from this alone. But it definitely looks too thick. It looks that way because the eyelid crease line is positioned too high; surgery is needed to lower it.

Hrhrk Before reading this, I thought it was still swollen and not yet gone down… I wonder if it wouldn’t be better after revision surgery than it is now.
