Before correction, my vision was fairly bad at -3.00 in both eyes, but after a same-day consultation, I decided to have surgery right away.
The surgery itself ended really quickly, and from what I remember, including preparation time, I do not think it even took 30 minutes total. On the day of surgery, my vision looked blurry, but from the next day after waking up, a whole new world opened up.. The only management is consistently instilling artificial tears, autologous serum eye drops, and antibiotics, and they explained the precautions well.
My corrected vision comes out well at 1.5 in both eyes, and since I originally had dry eye syndrome, I am managing well while using artificial tears. Maximum satisfaction.
