My first Thermage, done under sedation with 600 shots

Skin concern: Skin texture that looks dull because of fine lines, and lacking firmness

Consultation: Since my skin is thin and on the dry side, the loss of firmness had caused fine lines. It wasn’t a severe sagging condition, so I was recommended to try Thermage first rather than Ultherapy.

Procedure: Thermage 600 shots + sedation anesthesia (I was told 600 shots were needed to cover the whole face)

It’s now approaching 2 weeks since I had Thermage with 600 shots, and right after the procedure I had a bit of redness, but no swelling or bruising. Since I used the mask pack the dermatologist gave me and also bought an extra modeling pack for care, the redness caused by heat faded quickly. Honestly, since it hasn’t been that long since the procedure, I still can’t really tell if there’s a special visible change yet, but my skin inside feels firmer, so I’ll wait a bit longer to see the effects on the outside.
