I guess if you want to make the nasal tip stand up sharply, revision with autologous rib cartilage is the answer... For my first surgery, I had silicone, but it came out more natural than I expected, so should I say it feels like the line doesn’t extend all the way through to the nasal tip?? It’s not like I spent only a little money, but it doesn’t really look like I had surgeryㅠㅠㅠㅠ When I saw reviews for High-End or The Nan, I thought that level would be just right, but is it maybe too dramatic...? If there are any of you who had revision surgery there, please tell me how it was.. I also don’t like a Pinocchio nose
