I heard a lot of people go there for functional rhinoplasty, so I finished consultations at two places first and will leave a brief review.
*ㅋㅂㅈ It’s a private clinic, and the hospital wasn’t that big. Still, the interior was clean, and based on a weekday, I think I waited about 15 minutes. The director listened well and carefully checked the inside of my nose and its shape step by step. I heard they handle autologous costal cartilage well, but rather than autologous costal cartilage, they instead recommended only septal cartilage + ear cartilage. They seemed like the type to be more cautious about nasal safety. The consultant wrapped up by explaining matters related to private insurance reimbursement, and that was it. I liked that they didn’t ask things like whether I would book or when I would do it.
*ㅈㅇㅈ Picked Director Seong! The hospital was really big.. I was surprised. Based on a weekday, I waited a little over 30 minutes. They explained things seriously and well, and also explained the shape for improvement, but rather than a discussion, it felt like I came away hearing about the director’s own style? But I was okay with that. They recommended autologous costal cartilage, and here too, at the end the consultant explained the private insurance reimbursement and it ended there.
Both places are nose-specialized hospitals, so personally they suited me well, but I could definitely feel the difference between a large hospital vs a private clinic.
A big hospital also feels trustworthy and good, but personally, I did think that a place where I could receive systematic one-on-one care was more on the private clinic side ,, ㅜㅜ
