I did it with full autologous costal cartilage + donated dermis, together with functional rhinoplasty.
The hospital said they would make the line straight-to-semi-curved to straight, and that was the kind of nose I wanted too,, so I was looking forward to it until before the splint came off.

The hospital keeps saying they still can’t tell because of swelling and that I have to wait at least a month,, but even just looking at reviews, people who had straight-to-semi-curved lines look straight-to-semi-curved immediately after splint removal
No, the hospital says the nasal tip is very swollen and to wait until the swelling goes down, but is this right?
