세로44 I got epicanthoplasty and developed aegyo-sal. There are many cases where aegyo-sal appears after epicanthoplasty, and the director explained it that way too. I think epicanthoplasty plus a slight double-eyelid procedure with buried sutures or a partial incision would look pretty (if you want a more glamorous look). Otherwise, even just epicanthoplasty would look naturally pretty.
