It’s been over 10 years since I had nose surgery. The first surgery was a total failure. 4 mm silicone + a nose tip that became like Pinocchioㅠ I asked the hospital where I had the surgery to fix it, so after 6 months they corrected it. They removed all the silicone and lowered the nose tip a bit, but it was still a Pinocchio nose tip.. Since the silicone was removed, the line connecting the nasal bridge and the nose tip wasn’t smooth and was bent. I was scared to have surgery again and had just given up and was living with it, but then I thought I should still get rid of my complex, so I visited three hospitals. Because I dislike an artificial look, I asked for it to be as natural as possible.
1. Premier Plastic Surgery They looked at my nose and said they would try to revive the septal cartilage as much as possible without using costal cartilage. All three places said the same thing: silicone should be laid thinly to match the nose tip line. It was the cheapest, in the 5 million won range. Maybe it was because it felt like a slight correction from the existing state.
2. AB Plastic Surgery As soon as I went there, I felt this place was different from what I was aiming for. I saw someone coming out after surgery, and they were seriously even more Pinocchio than me. I think it would suit people who like a dramatic nose. As expected, they seemed to say they would mostly keep the current nose height and just refine the line connecting the nasal bridge and nose tip. They said costal cartilage would need to be used. In the 6 million won range.
3. Mind Plastic Surgery The director drew on a pad for me. They drew and showed me how they would improve the bent part while making the nose tip rounded and natural. They said it could be implemented almost like what was drawn on the pad. They said costal cartilage absolutely had to be used. As soon as they saw my face, they said the nose was the first thing that caught the eye, and hurt me by asking how I had lived like thisㅠㅠ Then they said, “Other people don’t say anything when they see your nose...” I know that, but hearing it to my face made me even more upsetㅠ The nose line was exactly the degree I wanted, so I liked this place the most. Because they drew it and explained it, it felt more real. The price was around 6.5 million.
