Maybe because they specialize in restoring botched eyes, it felt like they were conservative about restoration too. I went in after reading reviews, thinking they would be unfriendly, but they weren’t unfriendly. They were businesslike, but professional. They explained the surgery well, and showed me photos of similar cases while comparing before and after. I went in thinking it would be good to close about 1 mm, but they recommended removing the hook on only one side without any amount of restoration, so I’m thinking a lot about it... The consultant also showed me similar cases while consulting with me, and emphasized a lot the importance of postoperative care. Since they mainly deal with patients who are sensitive because their surgery failed, I understand, but rather than hopeful things, I heard more about the possibility that it might not turn out as I expect, so my heart feels unsettled...
