While looking at nose surgery reviews, I found someone who had gotten exactly the nose I wanted, so after seeing that, I immediately booked a consultation at the clinic! I had silicone, and for the nasal tip, I used ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage!! Especially during the consultation, the consultant and Director Kim Jae-yoon kindly and thoroughly answered everything I was curious about. When I heard them say that even if it were their own family, they would recommend using donated costal cartilage rather than septal cartilage or ear cartilage, I booked the surgery date right away!! The reason was that donated costal cartilage itself is stronger than septal cartilage, and with septal cartilage, you have to undergo surgery while taking into account that the nasal tip may droop. On the other hand, donated costal cartilage has a strong advantage over autologous costal cartilage in terms of scarring, and they said something else too, but I don’t really remember.. haha And they said that here, they use triple fixation to firmly support the nasal tip as much as possible so it won’t droop, and after having the surgery, it really seems true!! haha First, on the day of surgery and day 1, I slept sitting up, but I think I woke up every 10 minutes. After that, I think I was able to sleep for longer stretches. After surgery, maybe because they took care of the aftercare, even though I didn’t really do compresses much and only made sure to apply the ointment well, I had almost no bruising or swelling. For meals, I ate everything I wanted… On day 1 after surgery, I ate Yupdduk haha People around me say my whole vibe has changed and that it turned out so well, and everyone asks where I got it done. I’m 100% satisfied with my nose surgery haha. My nose, which used to be a complex, is now something I’m satisfied with. Anyway, I highly recommend it.
