When I look at the photos I usually take, I had a bit of sagging in my cheeks and my skin lacked elasticity. I got 300 shots of Shurink plus a buccal fat contouring injection, and after a month the effects started to show. It wasn't a dramatic change, just enough for me to notice. My skin also improved, and personally I was happy with it. They say it dissolves fat, but it's hard to expect it to actually make you lose weight.
