At the desk, they asked about my surgery history. When and what surgery I had, and whether I had experience wearing contact lenses or having LASIK. Without a consultation with a consultant, I went straight into the consultation with the director. I went worried because I heard many people had been turned away, but he drew pictures and consulted more kindly than I expected. He is on the conservative side. He only talked about surgeries that were absolutely necessary and advised against the rest, saying to do them later when needed. The price is on the expensive side. No pressure to pay a deposit. He gave me his business card and said to contact them if I decide on surgery, and that was it.
