Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

Review of zygomatic bone reduction surgery (2 weeks)

It has been exactly 2 weeks since I had posterior zygomatic bone reduction surgery.  Since high school, my protruding cheekbones had been a complex of mine. So I started thinking about surgery. I began listing famous hospitals and considering it around 2017-2018, so I think I thought about it for about 7 years. During that time, I tried various things other than surgery. I lost more than 25 kg, tried radiofrequency lifting, ultrasound lifting, fat-dissolving injections, cheekbone Botox, and many other attempts. But even so, because the bone itself was protruding, I couldn't get the face shape I wanted. When I lost a lot of weight, my cheekbones actually looked more prominent. Then I went through some personal things, and I developed a strong feeling that I should live doing what I want to do, so I found the courage. I am very satisfied with the result. Of course, I will only know after watching the progress more. (There is still some residual swelling.) A lot of the swelling has gone down, and the bruising is almost all gone. I had a CT scan today, and I could see that the bone had really been neatly arranged. The hospital I chose after so much thought, visiting hospitals in person, studying, and reading reviews has a zygomatic reduction surgical method that is a bit different from other hospitals. And that is why I chose this hospital. The hospital I chose partially osteotomizes the zygomatic body (front part) and completely osteotomizes the posterior back portion to prevent cheek sagging (which can occur when the zygomatic body/45-degree cheekbone area is completely osteotomized or cut out and removed), proceeds with surgery while preserving the retaining ligaments, and brings the zygomatic arch inward so that continuity of the zygomatic bone is maintained. For me, especially when viewed from the front, the broad protrusion of the midface was my complex. (The front and 45-degree cheekbones were not much of a complex.) So this surgical method appealed to me even more. Cheek sagging was also my biggest concern. After seeing on CT that the bone had fused well, I feel much better. Now I think I will fully return to daily life and try dieting healthily. More than a lot of words, (though I already said a lot) photos probably resonate the most in a review. I am attaching photos. Thank you.
