My original nose actually wasn't ugly. It was high and the shape wasn't strange, but it looked a bit masculine, and I guess I should say the nasal tip looked a bit droopy. Anyway, I didn't like it. I wanted the nasal tip to be a bit more defined and to have a slightly softer image. So I had my eyes and fat grafting done together at the same time too~ I didn't want the bridge any higher, so I didn't put in silicone. They shaved down the slight hump and operated to make the nasal tip more defined~ Breathing was uncomfortable, and trying to sleep propped up on two pillows made it hard to sleep. I couldn't taste food either, and it was honestly so hard. Even after removing the splint, it felt refreshing because my nostrils were open, but because of the swelling I looked like an Avatar and didn't feel like myself, so I kept looking in the mirror. The blackheads and oil on my nose... honestly it looked awful... The swelling went down steadily after the splint was removed, but the nasal tip still felt tight and firm, and I still had this blocked, uncomfortable feeling in my nose, so I got annoyed, then thought, well, I did have surgery with a blade, so I need a recovery period. My emotions were up and down... haha After all the hospital treatments were done, I bought a scar cream at the pharmacy, and for my eyes and nose, after showering every day, I made sure to apply it carefully with a cotton swab. I also bought three bottles of Danggwisusan and another bottled product sold as something for reducing plastic-surgery swelling, and took them for 3 days~ (I don't know whether they worked.) Anyway, right now it doesn't feel completely like my own nose yet, but I like the shape, and the nasal tip definitely seems more defined, so I'm satisfied~ Likes 9

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
