I had a slightly humped nose + bulbous nose + drooping columella, so I had surgery through a closed approach. I only wanted the line to be shaped naturally, so they used 1.6 mm silicone and ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip, but now that it’s done, it feels so natural that I’m a bit disappointed I should have had the nasal tip raised slightly more.
