Is there anyone here who used dermis and ear cartilage for revision rhinoplasty and has maintained the results well? I’m genuinely curious I feel like using autologous cartilage is more beneficial I was thinking about autologous rib cartilage, so I first visited revision rhinoplasty clinics (ㅂㄴㄴ ㅇㄹㅇ) After going around, some places said it didn’t matter whether it was autologous rib cartilage or donated rib cartilage So I posted a review of my consultations and also posted asking for advice about what material to use But then one person recommended dermis and ear cartilage So I’m wondering whether there really are people who use them this way and don’t have them get absorbed, and are doing well.. That’s why I’m posting Is there anyone who can share their experience?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
