I'm someone who needs eye surgery more urgently than nose surgery. Other places even recommended nose surgery, but this was the only place that told me not to do the nose for now and to think about it later if I still wanted to after the eye surgery. For some reason, this was the first place that felt a bit more honest than the others. Both the director and the manager were kind.
