I wasn’t planning to write any more posts, but someone asked on my previous posts whether I’m satisfied now, so I’m writing this!
I’m very satisfied after getting it done~
For the first week after the double eyelid surgery, it really felt like the pain of having my eyes dug out with a spoon.. I also struggled with conjunctival edema because of the posterior lower canthoplasty.. and because the eye shape correction made my eyes open so widely, there were times when I had headaches too. (I really thought double eyelid surgery was nothing.. I was ignorant.)
But time really was the answer! (It was my first cosmetic surgery in my life, so I worried a lot) After time passed, the conjunctival edema disappeared, and the headaches caused by the eye shape correction also went away. After the upper epicanthoplasty, I developed a little scar tissue near the inner corner of my eye, so I visited the clinic again and got an injection, and that also naturally settled down over time~!
If there is anything you’re worried about after surgery, please don’t be scared while searching alone, and contact the clinic to find a solutionㅜㅜ (I searched on Naver by myself and worried for days and days..)
Oh, if you were wondering whether there are any downsides after double eyelid surgery, on days with severe fine dust after the posterior lower canthoplasty, it’s not quite conjunctival edema, but the back side can swell a little! Other than that.. I can’t really think of anything.. If I think of more, I’ll post again! (But even if I went back to before cosmetic surgery, I think I’d still get posterior lower canthoplasty again!! The self-satisfaction is insane :))
I was satisfied after having surgery at this clinic, but it can be different for each person, so I hope you all research online and visit clinics diligently, and get results you’re satisfied with at a place you like !!
