After that, I had an accident once, my nasal bone fractured, and the silicone became even more crooked, making my nose high and long.
It stuck out sharply like a chalk nose, but the nasal tip was blunt, so I had revision surgery.
The columellar scar is still a bit visible, but since it is not visible from the front, I am trying not to worry about it. Actually, it is a bit stressful because close friends around me know I had surgery, so they keep trying to look at the operated area.
I think it is more comfortable mentally not to tell people about surgery if possible. It is a bit tiring because they are curious every time we meet.
I definitely feel this every time I have surgery, but they say you have to look at swelling in terms of months, and I think that is really true.
The swelling on the nasal bridge went down a bit quickly, and there is still a somewhat firm feeling. Still, I think a lot of the nasal tip swelling has gone down.
At first, it was so swollen and puffy, and since I even had a splint placed inside my nose, I wondered whether this would really go down.
The nasal line is only now starting to come out the way I wanted, and originally I was expecting it to take longer, but I think the swelling went down much faster.
What I like most is that when I run, I can breathe only through my nose.
Before, when I got out of breath, I breathed a lot through my mouth and it was hard, but breathing through my nose makes running much more comfortable and better.
The weather has gotten very cold, so I cannot run for long, but when it warms up, I am going to go running right away.
I am still blowing my nose gently. I am trying as much as possible not to put force into it.
