The staff were kind, so even though it was my first visit, I felt comfortable. The consultation with the director was especially impressive. They carefully checked the condition of my face and explained in detail what kinds of changes would be possible with a mini facelift. They pointed out realistic aspects without exaggeration, which made me feel trust. They also gave me enough consultation time, so it was good to ask about each thing one by one. Overall, the clinic felt systematic and clean, so I was satisfied with just the consultation.
