I heard autologous costal cartilage hurts, so I think I kept debating until 1 hour before surgery. I was worried about the scar too.. The director said donated costal cartilage can be absorbed and make the nose lower, so then I’d have to do it again later... So I decided to go with autologous costal cartilage. Today is day 1, and I was so nervous it would hurt that I couldn’t even sleep I’m so worried about how much it will hurt Please, I hope it doesn’t leave a scar.
