I got underarm/upper-lip hair removal at a franchise petite clinic and had eyebrow hair removal done at the same time.... I wanted hair removal in that area because removing the fine hairs was annoying, but the original eyebrow area got burned.. The hairs became all curly, and around day 2~3, while touching my eyebrow, a clump fell out.. Even now, the density at the front of my eyebrow is noticeably reduced, and the hairs are short.. I was shocked, so I haven’t done eyebrow hair removal since then, but I had already bought a 5-session package for the other hair removal areas... so when I went for other areas.. I told them, and they just kept saying it was their first time seeing a case like this.. that it couldn’t have happened? Let’s check again next month, over and over '-'. Even though laser hair removal is semi-permanent, it eventually grows back.. I’m trying to take it easy, but the clinic has no plan at all.. If they only keep saying this couldn’t have happened, it’s not like I’m asking them to compensate me, but it feels like they’re avoiding responsibility.. so as a customer, it just made me feel bad..
