My first double-eyelid surgery was 11 years ago, with the buried suture method, ptosis correction, and lateral canthoplasty. Maybe not enough fat was removed, because it became an inner double eyelid, and no one could tell I had double-eyelid surgery. So I decided that even if it looked obvious, I wanted a more glamorous look, and I started looking into a second surgery. My second double-eyelid surgery was 2 years ago, with incisional ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty. This time, maybe I was too greedy, because my eyes ended up looking too wide and glaring, so I’m considering revision surgery. I think the most important thing is not being greedy.
