The doctor was calm and kind. They tried setting the line several times and also asked for my opinion, which was good. It was good that they explained in a way I could understand why ptosis correction would be beneficial. However, the counter staff and consultation manager felt a bit disorganized? and I didn’t really get a good impression, which was disappointing.
