Surgery review: from looking like an elementary-school body no matter what I wore to a glamorous C cup

I’m back after a while to drop a recent breast review/update!

Motiva left 300 / right 320 / transaxillary incision, accessory breast tissue removal

That’s what I had done, and as someone who has confidently gone to the local public bathhouse since month two, I feel like it turned out natural without looking obviously surgical, so I’m uploading photos with zero editing and only covering the nips.. lololol. Then and now, I’m the type who thinks cosmetic surgery is best when it absolutely doesn’t show and looks natural, so I’m sooo satisfied with the current size.

Apgujeong Rodeo and my house require two subway transfers, so it was a bit of a hassle, but every time I got aftercare at the clinic, my tissue softened and felt waaarm, so it really felt worth the money. I think I went every single time without missing one. (And all the teachers are super kind.)

From the side, they’re settling well without anything bulging out, and before, no matter what I wore, I definitely looked like I had an elementary-school body, but now that I’ve changed to a full C cup, feminine clothes seem to suit me well too lol. It’s knitwear season now, so my body does look a little bulkier lol, but I think that’s something I have to accept after gaining volume haha.

Now I’m living comfortably while gradually lying face-down too, but I feel like my shoulders have rounded forward a bit more than before, so I’m thinking of slowly starting upper-body workouts.. I searched and saw that a lot of people still can’t really do upper-body machines like lat pulldowns after surgery, so starting with strength training like this is a bit.. still too early, right?

Everyone here who had surgery a long time ago, how are you correcting your posture? Should I mainly do stretching and Pilates movements?ㅠㅠ
