After Before Reason Why I chose Dr. Kim Jong-yoon at an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic for two-jaw surgery 1) After doing a lot of searching, I learned that for bone-related surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery is absolutely the best. 2) The reviews for the oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic were all good, and many of the face lines were my style. 3) I ultimately narrowed it down to two places, but I watched a lot of YouTube videos from the oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic, and Dr. Kim Jong-yoon’s honesty and professional explanations in the videos gave me trust. When I had the consultation, he consulted in detail, and all the hospital staff were kind.
Before two-jaw surgery, I had a very severe complex about my face shape. Because of my large and long face, I looked harsh, and the proportions were so bad that I wasn’t satisfied no matter what clothes I wore,, I had facial asymmetry, so I always tried to show only one side of my face. Since it was like this, I decided to have two-jaw surgery and had the surgery at the oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic.
On day 7 after two-jaw surgery, I got up and looked in the mirror first, and I could see that the major swelling on the right side of my face had gone down to some extent. Only swelling similar to after wisdom tooth extraction remained, so daily life was possible. It barely looked like I had two-jaw surgery from the outside, and I could eat regular foods except for tough and hard foods. I couldn’t brush my teeth and only used mouthwash, so my mouth felt uncomfortable, but I also tried brushing with a small toothbrush. And for the remaining time, I thought I should quickly reduce the swelling through laser treatment and light exercise lol
3 weeks after two-jaw surgery Compared with week 2 after two-jaw surgery, my mouth opened better, and I could eat most foods well. In terms of swelling after two-jaw surgery, I could feel the swelling going down as time passed lol I walked a lot while looking forward to feeling many changes.
At the 1-month mark I had been waiting for, it definitely felt like the major swelling above the lips had all gone down. For the cheekbones, even when taking photos from below, I could see that both cheekbones that used to protrude had gone in,, It is fascinating. For the square jaw, the parts that used to be angular and come down far below the ears in a square shape are now well rounded, and the angular look has completely disappeared! lol It’s just amazing to the point that I think, can two-jaw surgery really change a person’s impression? It isn’t uncomfortable to eat most foods, and I can brush my teeth without difficulty just like before two-jaw surgery, so it has become much more comfortable than before. Looking at my pre-surgery photos, my chin tip protruded and looked like a witch’s chin, but now that witch’s chin feeling has disappeared a great deal, so I’m very satisfied. I plan to work hard on hydration and exercise while looking forward to looking even better than now.
