I had my first surgery in 2016. My nose was low and small, but I also had a hump. So they used septal cartilage + osteotomy + ear cartilage + silicone, and I’ve lived until now without any major side effects.
But over time, I started noticing things I was dissatisfied with both functionally and cosmetically. *Function: After rhinoplasty, I developed more nasal congestion; it seemed like my septum had deviated slightly and was obstructing my airway. *Cosmetic: The nasal bridge was crooked, and my nostrils became uneven (my original nose was already uneven, but I think it became more noticeable after raising the nose). The height of the bridge between my eyes was too high for my face. And relatively, the nasal tip dropped over time, so the nose angle became like \. The columella was very retracted (maybe because my original nose was small, but those things weren’t corrected during the first surgery).
So for a month, I went around to 5 clinics, and in the end, I had my revision surgery today at ㅊㄷㅊ. The cost was so expensive that I’ll have to go into austerity mode from now on,,, I just hope the result turns out well.
My mom went with me, and even though I’m still wearing the splint, she said it looks like it went well, and it looks okay to me too. +They said they made the nasal tip round by placing the tip cap a little wider, but I’ll only know how round it is after removing the splint... I said I didn’t like a pointy nose,,, but everyone has a different standard for what counts as round and plump, so I’m just hoping the director and I had the same standard on this part,,,
