I called the day before to ask about making an appointment, and the kind response put me in a good mood, so I made the reservation. I arrived exactly on time, filled out a basic questionnaire on a tablet, then had photos - CT - consultation with the consultant manager. The first consultation with the consultant manager was brief, about 2-3 minutes, and they only asked simple questions such as what part of my nose I was dissatisfied with and why I wanted surgery. After that, I waited about 20 minutes until the director came in, and consulted with the director for about 5 minutes.
