Hehehehehe, revision rhinoplasty. The material used was autologous costal cartilage. About 3 years ago, when I had my first surgery, I just had silicone and septal cartilage, but it barely looked like I had nose surgery and only made my face look longer ㅠㅠ Back then, I didn't know about materials and just went for a consultation and had surgery right away ㅜㅜ When I had revision rhinoplasty, the doctor looked at the CT and recommended autologous costal cartilage. I think it was because my nose was small and low~ Since it's been a long time since surgery, both the autologous costal cartilage harvest site and my nose don't cause any problems at all in daily life now!! After using autologous costal cartilage, I had pain around my rib area, but when I look at my nose shape now, it hasn't changed from the 1-month mark to now, so even though it hurt, I think it was a good choice to use autologous costal cartilage.
