Before/after/after/after I got short-nose correction and alar reduction using septal cartilage and ear cartilage at a one-doctor clinic in Apgujeong. After getting nose surgery, I’m newly realizing that for men, nose shape really is important.
My nasal bridge wasn’t extremely low, but my nose itself was shorter than others’ and my alae were wide, so I’d had a bit of a complex about my nose shape for a long time. Everyone here who has wide alae and a short, blunt nose like me will know, but people with bulky noses will relate to photos coming out really badly compared with real life.. Even people around me all said I looked better in person than in photos, because whenever I took pictures, only my nose looked huge ;; ㅜ
When I looked up nose surgery reviews, there were many cases where the glabella area was too high and looked unnatural, so during consultation I asked them to make it absolutely not unnatural, as unnoticeable as possible, so other people wouldn’t know (..haha). (Seriously, how do I put it, that intense nose?? I said I absolutely hated influencers’ intense-looking noses.) I’m satisfied because I think the surgery turned out well in the feeling I wanted.
After surgery, I took profile photos that I liked, and people around me said it turned out well without any of that distinctive unnaturalness of nose surgery, so I feel really good. I have many friends around me who are interested in cosmetic procedures, so I recommended it to them too lol. I think I understand why people say surgery is for self-satisfaction. Moderate cosmetic surgery without getting greedy seems to help with self-improvement. End of nose review. (Not a post encouraging plastic surgery xx)
