I have a severe bulbous nose, and from the front it looks too wide and has a typical Korean nose shape. Because of this, I've had a complex about it since I was young. I went to the clinic with the serious intention of having surgery, and the director I consulted with was Dr. Kwon Jung-woo. I had heard the consultation was very detailed, but I didn't know it would be this detailed lol. He even paid attention to the distance between my eyes, the empty space beside my eyes, and how much my cheekbones protrude, then recommended a nose line that suited my face shape. He was the type to explain things first on his own even before I asked. Also, because my bulbous nose is so severe, I was worried I might need alar reduction, but he said alar reduction wasn't necessary, and that if the nasal bridge and nasal tip were raised, it would lift to some extent and look slimmer. I liked that he spoke honestly without overtreating.
