Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> After <after surgery> When I looked in the mirror or took side-profile photos, I was so stressed about the hump on my nose and my drooping nasal tip, so after thinking it over, I decided to have surgery. I searched around on YouTube, communities, and apps and made a list of a few places, then went to Mind first for a consultation. During the medical consultation, the doctor explained things well while drawing on my photos, but maybe because he does so many surgeries, he seemed extremely tired..? Anyway, after seeing the doctor and having the consultation, honestly, I didn’t really feel much professionalism from the consultation itself. But I had come because of the director from the start, and he seemed to do a lot of the exact natural-looking nose shape I wanted. On top of that, they said they would give me a huge discount if I paid the same-day deposit and scheduled the surgery, so I somehow ended up paying and even booking the date before leaving. I considered getting consultations elsewhere too, but it was a hassle, and I trusted the director, so I just had the surgery at Mind right away. I’m still very satisfied so far. I had surgery to improve my hump nose and drooping nasal tip, without an implant, using ear cartilage, and I had some residual swelling until 6 months after surgery. Since it was done without an implant, the hump area isn’t perfectly smooth, but because of that it looks less artificial, so I’m satisfied. Now it feels like being told my nose is pretty wherever I go has become a natural part of everyday life haha. If you have concerns similar to mine, I do recommend surgery, but there may be pressure to pay on the same day, so I recommend going in mentally prepared. Oh, and the waiting time is really long too.. I think one hour is standardㅠ
