Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

I want to get revision blepharoplasty, but what should I say?

<left-right flipped><bare-face selfie><photo taken by someone else while I’m looking down><there’s one more thin line on the arrow side> I had double eyelid surgery in 2018, but even back then, one eye looked too deep? Like a sausage eye? I was going to revise only one side, but I was young and it was a hassle, so I just let it pass without revision surgery. Even before double eyelid surgery, I wasn’t very sensitive about my face, so I’ve just lived with it until now, but it bothers me from time to time. I thought it didn’t show much if I wore makeup and had bangs down, so I just went around like that. But when my eyes are swollen, or when someone else takes a photo, or when I open my eyes lazily and look downward, from the side it looks like a sausage eye, and that eye is lifted too much compared to the other side, so the inner mucosal area shows a little too ㅜ ㅜ One side looks natural, but by my standards it seems thin, and the other side has just the right thickness but looks like a sausage eye... I’m curious whether it’s because the line is high, or because there’s a lot of fat, or what exactly made one eye turn out like that. If I get revision surgery, it would be better to just do both sides, right? And I’m also curious whether it looks kind of serious ㅜ ㅜ What should I say during the consultation...
