It's been 5 months since I had surgery with Mentor implants. I got the Mentor round textured type. When I was looking into it, I also thought a lot about Sebbin or the round smooth type, but I chose this because it's an older model, so it's somewhat stable, and it's less likely to cause capsular contracture. Even early on, the upper fullness wasn't too severe, so I liked it a lot, and I definitely think the feel is gradually getting better.
