I had incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam that I found through an internet event. I thought double eyelid surgery was all pretty much the same, so I didn’t do any legwork and booked the surgery as soon as I went in for the consultation. Now I wonder how it would have been if I had looked into it a bit more and gone to consultations at other clinics too.. The epicanthoplasty came out pointed, but there is still a slight scar (it’s been 3 years and it’s still there. It’s not extremely noticeable). The line is thin, but just like someone who had double eyelid surgery, there’s swelling along the line and it feels thick.. haha I’m satisfied with the ptosis correction because I originally had ptosis. For those getting double eyelid surgery, I recommend not thinking of it as a light procedure, gathering lots of information, and doing plenty of legwork.. haha
