For Eyes With a Lot of Upper Eyelid Fat, Incision? Non-incisional?

Today I went to about two hospitals and looked at countless double eyelid surgery reviews on an app, and really,, the people who got natural, pretty lines all~~ had very little fat above their eyes and had surgery with the non-incisional method. I have a lot of fat above my eyes, so whenever I go to hospitals, they all say it would be better to do fat removal and double eyelid surgery at the same time with the incisional method. But for people with thick upper eyelids, even if they remove fat, it looked like that distinctive heavy feeling above the eyes doesn’t go away (when I look at surgery reviews that included fat removal). I thought that if I had fat removal and double eyelid surgery, I might get a dramatic result, but the more I learned, the more it seemed easy to end up with completely sleepy-looking eyes or sausage-looking eyes. Of course, there are people whose results turned out well, but it differs by eye and by hospital... So what I’m debating is 1. First, get the surgery with the non-incisional method and wait for the baby fat to go away. (My face still has baby fat, but I don’t know when the fat above my eyes will go away. It might not go away either hahaha) 2. Since non-incisional will loosen quickly anyway, put in the effort to visit many clinics and just do incisional from the start Which method would you recommend more? When the hospital made the line, it loosened quickly, but I really did like that line
