I had breast surgery around the time I graduated from university, so it’s been just under 10 years. I didn’t really look into it much, and I didn’t even have it done in Seoul; I had it done in Gwangju. I looked it up and the clinic is still there exactly as it was lololololol (thankfully)
I was skinny, in the low 40 kg range, and completely flat-chested. I don’t remember how many cc I got with Mentor implants. I had it done through the armpit incision.
Someone who had surgery on the same day as me even drove themselves in for their follow-up, but I was in so much pain and so dizzy that I couldn’t even move around by myself, so my whole family had to take care of me lol
Something felt strange at night, so I went to the emergency room, and my hemoglobin level was low enough that I needed a transfusion. Basically, I had bled a lot. Maybe I should be grateful I made it out alive without going into shock lololol They couldn’t even find a vein, so I received the transfusion through a vein in my ankle.
The armpit incision scars have faded a lot, but you can still tell at a glance that I had surgery.
The size is appropriate, but the implant positions are slightly uneven, and there are also some areas where I have slightly reduced sensation. Writing it out, it sounds really bad, but I’ve just been living without thinking much about it lol just having breasts at all... and other people don’t know anyway haha I’ve dated boyfriends just fine too.
Anyway, I did survive without any serious complications. Considering how reckless I was, I guess I should think I was lucky ㅠ I do think I’ll probably get revision surgery someday, but next time I’m going to look into it properly first.
