It’s not even a body type or weight issue, but how should I put it.. You look too fleshy for your body type? Like a hamster with chubby cheeks but no chin too, you know??
When I got the consultation, they said I don’t have much facial fat and that my chin tip is recessed, so it would be good to improve mainly this area. Currently I still have some swelling, but I definitely feel like my face has become lighter. I’m going about daily life well without discomfort, and if I had to describe the swelling, you know the kind of swelling after getting a wisdom tooth removed?? It’s about that level, so it doesn’t bother me haha
When reducing swelling, I took a lot of walks. Maybe because of that, I think a lot of the swelling went down. At first my face was so swollen it looked like stage makeup, so it was really funny, but after time passed, it seems okay now. It’s still a period when I need to be careful with eating, but I’m just avoiding really hard foods, and I seem to be eating everything else without much trouble?
Compared to before, the broad, flat feeling has definitely disappeared a lot, and now that I have a chin tip, the boundary between my neck and face seems clearer, and I definitely look much slimmer lol More than anything, it’s so fascinating that I have a jawline haha I really hated that I looked blank and sullen haha I did haha
They said there are no major issues, so from now on I’m just going to manage the minor swelling well. I honestly was scared because I had to undergo general anesthesia too, but I had the pre-surgery tests done well, there was an anesthesiology specialist director, and above all everyone was kind, so I think I felt more at ease. I thought about it a lot before getting surgery, but I’m really glad I did it!
