I had this double eyelid surgery about 3 years ago, and I’m still satisfied. I was going for a natural in-out line, and they did it exactly the way I wanted. When I had my consultation, the coordinator was also so kind and explained everything well, so I put down the deposit right away. The clinic atmosphere was decent and clean, and there were several doctors. My memory is a bit hazy, but I think I was treated by Director Yoon Dong-geun. My eyes were very droopy and I didn’t have much strength to open them, so I had eye correction + incision, and before the surgery started, the director asked what shape I wanted and designed the line on my eyes while figuring it out. When the surgery started, I think there was soft music playing. But I didn’t care about that because I had local anesthesia, so I was scared and in pain and ended up gripping my hands really hardㅋㅋㅋㅋ The incision part was okay, but the anesthetic injections and the eye correction part hurt a lotㅠㅠ After the surgery, I think I rested for about 15 minutes on a chair? while doing eye ice compresses, then went home! The first 4 days after surgery were truly painful... I kept looking at my eyes and worrying a lot, but on day 6 I thought, ah, once the swelling goes down, it’ll be okay. I hate pumpkin, so I didn’t drink pumpkin juice, and since I’m a homebody I didn’t even go for walks, so maybe that’s why the swelling went down slowlyㅋㅋㅋ I remember being scared it would hurt again when I went back around a week later to remove the stitches, but the doctor smiled and comforted meㅎㅎ Even now, only my family and friends know I had double eyelid surgery, and when I go out into the world people I meet don’t even realize I had it, so it looks really natural and pretty, which I love.
