Since it’s already about 5 months after double jaw surgery, I can feel my bite strength gradually getting better. Recently I ate something really tough and it honestly chewed well? haha It was kind of fascinating~~ Still, I don’t think I should eat anything too tough, so I’m controlling it myself Just in case!!
I think about 95% of my sensation has returned haha (For reference, I had orthodontic treatment when I was young, so I didn’t do it separately when I had double jaw surgery!!) And next year I’m definitely going to remove the fixation plates/pins! I went for a follow-up after a long time, and the consultant still took good care of me, and even though it had been a while since I saw the director, he still welcomed me kindly haha
