They listen carefully to complaints. I was really stressed because of the condition of my nose before surgery, and although the consultation with the director didn’t involve much emotional empathy, they explained the surgical method well using examples of progress photos from similar cases. They also call me in often for follow-ups, but the director checks on me personally, and the manager and staff don’t act in a way that makes me uncomfortable. I’m satisfied with the result too. After having surgery here, I was able to walk around without a mask :)
