I'm considering under-eye fat repositioning. The clinics are all recommending fat grafting too….. But I've seen so many posts about side effects, so I'm really torn.
If I get fat grafting under my eyes, could it still clump or become uneven even after a few years???? Some people say revision surgery is difficult too
