Revision rhinoplasty

I had surgery only on my nasal tip 6 years ago, and recently, about a month ago, I wanted it higher, so I had revision surgery using silicone for the nasal bridge, costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. During the consultation, I said I only wanted 3 mm, but after the surgery, when I actually looked, they had shoved in 4.5 mm. Isn't it too high? What do you think? It could be because they were trying to make a slim shape, or because they were doing the style I wanted, but at first my nasal tip was red, so I thought it was a complication and was going to have everything removed, but the redness went away after about 3 weeks. About the redness during the consultation and also the aftercare, they were very unfriendly. Their consultation attitude was like, "Why aren't you going?" Fortunately, I don't have inflammation or complications yet, so I am still grateful, but judge freely..........
