Liposuction Reviews@lipo-review

2 types of facial contouring + liposuction, day 6 review~~ (pain tips..…

Photos 1~3 are from the day of surgery Photo 4 is from day 3 The last photo is from day 6

On September 4, I had 2 types of facial contouring (front chin + square jaw) + chin liposuction, and I had it done in Gangnam. I'm writing this review to be a little helpful!! Make sure to bring 1 pack of wet wipes.

Right after surgery, when you return to the hospital room, you'll have a blood drainage bag and an IV in, but even if it's hard, you absolutely have to rinse the blood out of your mouth and spit it out.. You probably won't be able to open your mouth and your throat will hurt like crazy. There will be a lot of blood pooled in your mouth too, because of the throat pain from the general anesthesia intubation..

At first, you should slightly fold a paper cup in half, put water into your mouth, lower your head, let it flow out, and spit out the blood. Use wet wipes to wipe the blood too~~~ You have to repeat this endlessly. You won't be able to sleep anyway, and it'll just be hard..!!

As you keep repeating it, every now and then you'll cough and spit out bloody phlegm from the back of your nose/inside your throat? .. Just do it without pushing yourself too hard. If you repeat this endlessly and spit out all the blood cleanly, you can recover incredibly fast. (I used 1 trash bin full of wet wipes + tissues)

Repeat without limit!! until bloody water no longer comes out of your mouth, and if your mouth and nose get dry, the pain gets worse, so you must keep them moist. When I had nose surgery 3 years ago, I brought a huge humidifier, but this time I brought a small portable mist water device and sprayed it frequently. The inside of your nose and mouth need to be moist for the throat pain to decrease!! Spray whenever you feel like it's getting dry!! If you want to get rid of the pain, you absolutely have to do it.

The night is long.. lol Just get all the blood out completely.. Your mind will clear up and your recovery will be amazing. I even locked the pain-control injection and did walking exercise in the hospital room.. haha

On the first day after discharge, I took it easy while eating porridge, and from the next day I ate jajangmyeon, sweet and sour pork, and kimchi, and just lived normally... I washed my hair too lol;; I showered on day 5, and because it was itchy, I even removed the bandage on my face myself. (Have the hospital remove the bandage. I didn't know there were stitches)

I'm going to the hospital tomorrow for a checkup, so I'll probably get scolded.. They said they'd wash my hair for me.. but I showered and even removed the bandage. haha I'll have to lie and say I only ate porridge...

Oh, and looking at reviews, I saw people say that after discharge, when they sleep, the blanket becomes a sea of blood. But after discharge, I never had blood come out of my mouth. Thinking about it, I feel like diligently gargling and getting all the pooled blood out helped my recovery enormously!! Because it's facial contouring surgery, I thought it would be painful and hard, but it wasn't that hard!!! Don't hesitate, just get the surgery quickly and recover quickly. That's the best.

Until day 3, there is big candy-like swelling, and after that it slowly goes down. !! It's only day 6, so before-and-after comparison doesn't mean much yet. I'll post later.
